How much does a call-out cost?
The call-out and the work depend on the job, and the minimum price is listed on the services page. The electrician quotes the exact price after looking at the job and before starting, so there are no surprise extras.
Do you work on weekends and holidays?
Yes. We work every day from 8:00 to 22:00, including weekends and holidays. A time that suits you is agreed when you book.
Do I need to buy the materials myself?
No. We can bring everything that is needed. We use certified cable and fittings, and we agree the cost with you in advance.
How long does a rewire take?
A one-room apartment usually takes 2–3 days, a three-room apartment 4–5 days. The exact time depends on the size and complexity and is fixed in the quote.
Do you travel outside Bishkek?
Yes. We work in Bishkek and Chuy Region. Travel outside the city is priced individually, depending on how far the site is.
How soon can you come?
We aim to arrive at the agreed time, including the same day when we can. The exact time is confirmed when you book.

В какие районы Бишкека выезжаете?
Работаем по всем районам Бишкека, включая микрорайоны Джал, Восток-5, Асанбай, Кок-Жар и другие. Также выезжаем в Чуйскую область — условия согласуем заранее.
Нужно ли покупать материалы самостоятельно?
Можете купить сами или поручить нам подбор по смете. Используем сертифицированные кабель, автоматы и фурнитуру. Перед покупкой согласуем список и бюджет.
Делаете ли акт выполненных работ?
Да. По запросу передаём акт с перечнем выполненных работ и итоговой стоимостью.
